Tianli Iron Core was founded in 2009, covering 16 acres with a registered capital of 100.09 million RMB. With a workforce of 240, including over 40 University Graduates, we specialize in producing transformer cores with an annual capacity of 65,000 tons.

Since 2010, Tianli Iron Core has steadily invested in state-of-the-art domestic equipment to ensure precision and efficiency. Our production lines include:
• 4 Slitting Lines from SDRI, such as SDRI high-speed ZJX and SL-04-01 models, handling coils up to 1250mm wide.
• 21 Cut-to-Length Lines: SDRI Models like HJX(22)-400L and HJX(D262)-800L ensure accurate lamination cutting.
• 2 Robotic Core Stackers from SDRI (DZX(05)-180/800), streamlining automation and boosting production speed.
With an annual capacity of 50,000 tons, we meet growing market demands and maintain exceptional product quality.
